RIPT fitness is based on the southern end of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We make the most of our beautiful beaches and stunning recreational grounds so you can train outdoors in a beautiful our environment and fresh air. If you want to get fit while having fun, Ript fitness is for you! 

It doesn’t matter whether you want to get fit or just want to get fitter, you are 20 or 50, you are male or female, RIPT fitness caters for everyone, so YES we cater for YOU!

You might want outdoor bootcamps (heaps of FUN and LAUGHS), you might like small group training or you might prefer some 1 on 1  personal training, it doesn’t matter what style of training you like, RIPT fitness can help you with your health and fitness goals, and can change your life.

 

Our outdoor bootcamps are all about being active outside, while having and awesome time doing it. These classes incorporate body weight strength training, high intensity cardio to military inspired sessions with Battle ropes sandbags kettlebells and more! With Bootcamp classes held daily in Caloundra, Pelican Waters, Bellvista and surrounding areas there is something for everyone!

RIPT’s small group training and one on one sessions are designed for those that want even more personalised results. Are you training for something in particular? Do you like working out with just a few friends? Or are you looking for specific one on one training? All this and more is available in our personal training studio but remember we still have that emphasis on getting fit while having fun!

We will not only train you but help you to realise your full potential and achieve your goals!!

Meet Jess

Jess  loves to motivate, inspire and help people achieve their health and fitness goals while having fun!
Jess lives and promotes a healthy lifestyle with her family on the Sunshine Coast and loves to meet and train new people.

Jess has been around the fitness industry for over 15 years. Jess is a fully qualified personal trainer (cert 3 and 4 in fitness), qualified group trainer, teaching Body pump, T3 and Spin plus Jess is fully qualified in first aid and CPR. Working and managing gyms across the globe has given Jess the experience to be able to help, motivate and inspire people from so many different walks of life.

Jess previously built her gym based group fitness classes to some of the biggest on the Sunshine Coast, in fact some of the gyms she worked for had to give her bigger rooms and buy more equipment to stop turning people away! Jess has helped countless people achieve their health and fitness goals but always made her underlying vision, lets get fit but lets have fun!

Jess has competed in triathlons, 10k fun runs, Spartan races, true grit and more. Her biggest achievement is her 2 boys that keep her laughing and youthful all the time
