Our EARLY RISER bootcamps are held weekday morning at Caloundra or Golden beach.

Our SCHOOL DROP OFF bootcamps are held just across the road from Unity College (Canavan Gracie park)

You can choose from 5 different style Bootcamps, pick your favourite, or come to them ALL!

Class Descriptions

Bootcamp Strength

45 minutes of bodyweight, medicine balls and kettlebells to build your upper and lower body strength. This will get you strong!

Core & Bands

These midweek classes are all about stretching you out, working your core and building strength and flexibility.

Bootcamp Cardio

Did someone say heart rate? These sessions will get your fitness up and those pesky extra kilos down! Get ready to huff and puff your way through 45 minutes of awesome!

HIT Thursday

HIIT training is one of the best and quickest ways to get fit and burn fat like a blowtorch. 30 minutes of heart-pumping action, these session will get you fit, fast!

Bootcamp RAW

In these military inspired sessions you will have so much fun you will not even realise you are working out! Sandbags – check. Crawling on the ground – check. Carrying tyres – check. You could be literally be doing anything!
